The Bad Board signed a $10.5 million predatory contract without owners approval

To pay for "repairs" we can't even prove we need - based on an incomplete inspection
that recommended further investigation, which was never done.

🚨 This MASSIVE liability was signed without owners' approval or consultation and we cannot cancel it:

They applied for an
$11 million dollar bank loan
behind your back

The bank forced them to get majority owner vote, so they coerced owners to vote in favor with emails Deceiving us into voting in their favor, saying: "each owner will be responsible for paying an estimated amount of $25,000 in two monthly installments" when they did not verify these repairs are needed.

The bad board already signed a juicy contract with the vendor, before getting your approval.

We, the organized owners of Tradewinds condos, have been trying to inform our fellow owners about this, but we have been illegally denied access to the list of owners contacts.

Italo Arias and the board do not comply with Florida Statutes § 718.111(12)(c) requiring that records: "Be open for inspection by members or their representatives at reasonable times. Be made available within 10 working days of a written request."

The bad board is using your Condo Dues to pay an attorney to stay in power.
Even when their position is not supposed to be paid, they are fighting the majority to remain in an unpaid position.
