• Maintenance Failures – Neglect of common areas and property upkeep duties.

• Violation of Governing Documents – Ignoring rules set out in the community’s governing documents.

• Harm to the Community – Actions (or inactions) that negatively impact residents, property values, and the broader MetroWest community.
